Every package is fully customized for the individual client, but will include the following:
Book a free Discovery Call and we will design a 6-week program to fit your needs!
You will receive a total of four 1:1 coaching sessions during the six-week program, as well as a custom visualization exercise (recorded for you -- this is yours to keep forever!) and regular check-ins via text and/or email.
We will begin by assessing your Archetypal Pattern, followed by working on meeting and beginning to incorporate your Shadow. You will receive custom homework exercises to expand your understanding and integration between sessions.
